Learning About Jesus A study of Jesus the Messiah from the Gospel according to Luke.

These short lessons are designed to serve as a guide for the person who is reading the gospel for the first time.

A Reasoning Faith This course provides practical answers to some of life's most important questions: Is there a credible basis for faith in an infinite, personal Creator? Are we accountable to Him? How can we have a right relationship with Him?

Growth In Grace by Dr. Victor M. Matthews. This is a more advanced course for the Christian who desires to mature in his or her faith.

Pastor Ralph Wilson (of the excellent site promotion resource Web Marketing Today http://www.wilsonweb.com ) has set up a similar online Bible study system. JESUS WALK http://www.jesuswalk.com/ operates as a group of online two-way discussion lists. Although not just an evangelistic tool, non-Christians are welcomed to join.

This type of model seems to point a way ahead to help serious inquirers. Hopefully we will see such schemes multiplying as people realize the value of a non-threatening discussion online environment to reveal what the Bible really says. Then we need some sort of mechanism so that webmasters who have inquirers can point them to somewhere where they can straight away join an online Bible discussion.

Friends, Welcome to the Internet edition of The Mailbox Club. This is the very same Bible Study that has been available from numerous organizations via the US Mail for many years. The lessons have been made available on the Internet by Charity Baptist Church in Dayton Ohio. Great care has been taken in preserve all the original text as contained in the original Mailbox Club lessons. Most the of the graphics have been included in this internet version also. A 'text only' version is available by email if internet web browser access is not available.

They have given special permission for us to make it available electronically. Please feel free to print copies for your own use, but The Mailbox Club has asked that the material not be reproduced without permission. Please honor their request. It is freely available to all and under no circumstances is it to be sold. What do I do?

Begin with Lesson One. Read through the lesson and complete the questions at the end. Follow the instructions on the page to email the answers back. Each lesson will be graded and emailed back. After you have completed the seven lessons of Course One, you will receive the same certificate that we have always mailed out. You can then move on to Course Two and so on. All name and address information is kept for Mailbox Club usage only and is not distributed in any way. If at anytime you wish to switch over to the US Mail version, just indicate what lesson you're on and we'll begin mailing the lessons. Since we can't tell how many people are reading and downloading this lesson, won't you take a brief moment to send a note just to say "Hey, I'm going to start the Mailbox Club." The following NEW expositional Bible studies are now available ONLY on diskette. They are formatted Microsoft Word 6.0 files for Windows or Macintosh users. To request a study on diskette, please provide the following: (1) name of course, (2) your full name and mailing address, (3) type of computer you use, (4) type of word processor you use. Send request to: <wdoud@bga.com>. I am usually able to have the diskettes in the mail within a couple of weeks of receiving a request. LIMIT: one diskette per request

Gospel of John Bible Lessons

We've designed a Gospel of John Bible Study Course that we offer absolutely free. You may complete this course in your own home. All you need is a Bible, or at least the Gospel of John, a pencil and a desire for a closer walk with God. As you study God's truth, you will begin to apply what you learn to your own life and God's plan for your life will become clear. These lessons are available by downloading them on your computer. As soon as you finish each lesson (in sequence please), you can e-mail them back to unshackled@pgm.org.

We will grade it and return it to you by mail! ( In the future we hope to be able to return your graded lesson by e-mail, but we are still working out some of those details.)

All of the studies that are available on this page come directly from the Bible. We encourage you to examine each lesson and check it against what your own Bible says. You will find a wealth of information presented on this page.
