Preach the World Ministries has a tract called
High Alert: Security Risk
by Mark Gilmore
The tragedy does present an opportunity to give the message of the gospel, and the Lord has enabled the tract to be prepared promptly. Already we have seen a good response. Neighborhoods that are normally somewhat closed have been noticeably open to the reception of this tract. We will imprint church information on the back with a time setup charge of 100, but it will require a minimum order of 10,000.
This is an excellent tract. It is well written, glossy paper and has pictures.
$9.50 for 100 tracts

Christian commentator Dr Patrick Dixon is a significant writer on the world
situation. His site is not meant to be 'evangelistic' as such - instead it
brings a Christian worldview to bear on many topics, without appearing
overtly Christian:

Praying In The Aftermath Of Tragedy Words cannot express the shock and horror that seized people around the world at the news of the tragedy in the U.S. As the smoke begins to clear and details of the day's events begin to unfold, one thing is certain: thousands of lives have been impacted. If you were touched in any way by the events and have related prayer requests or concerns, we invite you to share them in our special Prayer Forum, created in response to the attacks. Use the forum to post your concerns and requests, or to read prayer requests from others around the world. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 instructs us to "pray continually" and in "all circumstances"--even, and especially, in the midst of tragedies like this.

Responding to the Tragedy (online resources):
http://www.gospelcom.net/welcome/categories/response.shtml
As the shock subsides, at least for those who did not personally lose friends and family, many people will want to 'get back to normal' and blank out the hard questions through which God might speak to them. Others may treat the likely military action as sufficient answer to such questions, bringing a false sense of closure to their hearts. Nevertheless, there are reports of unprecedented openness on the part of many Americans.
Prayer
Military action of some sort now seems certain. The momentum and inevitability seems scary, from wherever you sit. Christians should remember that we have authority to pray in ways that can alter the direction of historical events. We should also be aware that our primary citizenship is God's Kingdom. God's purpose through these events, through all events, is to build His Kingdom - ie. to draw people to Himself and to build them up. His specific agenda for any earthly kingdom, big or small, is entirely devoted to this end. To co-operate with Him in prayer, we need to see His agenda from His point of view.
Usually overlooked at times of Middle East crisis - the situation of missionaries and national Christians in these countries. Missionaries are being quickly withdrawn from many places in the region. National Christians are in a place of danger, and will try to reduce their visible profile to near-zero. Many are threatened. In one country in the area, a Muslim who was merely carrying a piece of Christian literature was murdered two weeks ago. Until the crisis is over, evangelism and the national churches throughout the 10-40 window (largely Muslim) are likely to suffer grievously.
George Verwer, OM's missionary statesman and a New Yorker, has posted somestrong pleas for restraint and prayer at: http://www.georgeverwer.com
It is called "America Attacked." It answers a lot of questions that people have right now. I think that it is mainly for Christians but could also be used to reach unbelievers.
He also did some excellent messages on the event on his radio program and has the messages on audio tape.
